| Prague 3, East of Prague 1, lies on a hill. Here you will find a mix of styles from the different development phases of the city. "Žižkov", on the top of the hill and on the border with Vinohardy is especially popular because of its green areas. It has good connections by public transport (metro line A and trams) and offers great shopping opportunities in new modern shopping centers. The architecture of this still less well-known district is comparable with the buildings in Vinohrady. The rents are still reasonable. The lower part of Prague 3 is less interesting as only a few houses have been renovated so far. |
