| | Establishing of the company CORTIreality as a branch of the Swiss CORTI PRAHA (since 1869 in Switzerland, since 1994 in Prague) and member of the company network CORTI GROUP CZ. Activity: property management, accounting for real estate companies. |

| | IMPACT-CORTI property services arises from the merger between IMPACT and CORTIreality. |
